We currently ship our products Worldwide. Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout. Once an order is shipped, Rag Ratz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales on Swimwear, Bonnets and Du-rags (e.g. Any variation) are final and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@ragkingz.com, and we’ll work to resolve it.
